Digital download: if your file doesn't arrive or won't open, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

About digital downloads

The ebook is a digital file that you can download immediately after payment, so please read the description on our home page before you buy. It is a 133-page illustrated PDF (6×9 in) that opens on phone, tablet or computer.

If you live in the EU or UK, the checkout may ask you to agree that delivery starts straight away. If you agree to that at checkout, the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty or not as described.

If something goes wrong

If the file doesn't arrive, won't download or won't open, email with your order details. If you bought inside the TikTok, Instagram or Facebook app, try opening your download link in your phone's normal browser (Safari or Chrome) first, then save the PDF to Books or Files.
